Job summary

The candidate will source asset-backed funding, negotiate rates and terms, and oversee end-to-end banking processes, liaising with banks and NBFCs to secure favorable financing arrangements.

Qualifications

• CMA Data Preparation and Financial Analysis experience.
• Experience in Bank Guarantee and Trade Finance processes.
• Experience in equipment financing and fund arrangements.

Role & responsibilities:

• 1.CMA Data Preparation & Financial Analysis
• 2. Bank Guarantee (BG) & Trade Finance Management
  • i)Non-Fund Based Facilities: Oversee the end-to-end process of issuing, amending, and renewing Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC).
  • ii)Documentation: Prepare underlying documentation, collating contract terms, and coordinating with business teams to fulfill financial security requirements.
• 3.Equipment Financing & Fund Arrangement
  • i)Asset Funding: Source and secure asset-backed funding or term loans from Banks and NBFCs for the procurement of machinery and commercial equipment.
  • ii)Rate & Terms Negotiation: Lead negotiations regarding interest rates, processing fees, moratorium periods, and repayment structures to achieve the lowest cost of capital.
