Job summary

Renewsys India in Hyderabad is seeking a finance professional to manage capital payments, monitor Capex budgets, and coordinate with treasury for timely releases.

You will ensure bank reconciliations, process import payments, support LC documentation, and align with SAP data entry and month-end close.

Collaborating with finance, production, and stores, you’ll contribute to audits and MIS, helping maintain accurate records across AP, assets, GST, and statutory processes.

Responsibilities

• Booking and processing of Capital payment / Monitoring of Capex Budget with Actuals.
• Checking of Bank statements/reconciliations
• Co-ordination with Corporate Treasury/Finance for release of Payments.
• Processing of Import Payment thru bank Portals and complying with closure of IDPMS.
• Supportin establishment of Import LCs / co-ordination and communication with Bank.
• Handling Incoming Customer LCs/ review of Draft LCs/amendments/negotiation and discounting of Customer LCs.
• Ensuring proper documentations for release of capex payment thru Bank drawdowns.
• Support in Month end MIS
• Work closely with Cross functional teams- Corporate Finance/Purchase /sales etc
• Handling assignments related to other Finance related activities like AP/Fixed assets accounting & capitalization/AR / GST and take part in statutory and Internal Audits as and when required or assigned by Department Head.
• Preparation of Schedules for Annual statutory audits.
• Work closely with Cross functional teams Finance/Production/Stores etc
• Discuss with SAP consultants for various reporting/operational/ Data or information requirements as per Management needs.
• Ensure on line and real time data entry happens in SAP , and month end checks are followed.
