Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance in Mumbai. The role reports to GM Accounts and demands hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial controlling.

You will maintain books, handle payroll, GST and TDS compliance, prepare MIS, and coordinate with auditors. The position is full-time with regular month-end and year-end closings and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Any post degree in finance/accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining proper books of accounts.
• Investment accounting with proper documentation.
• Payroll processing.
• Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Bank, Vendors and customers ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS.
• Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax.
• Prepaid schedule.
• Closing accounts periodically.
• Coordination with internal and external auditors to provide requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS and Income tax and other regulatory requirements.

Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Reports To: GM Accounts

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 years in Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Record Maintenance:

• Maintaining proper books of accounts
• Investment accounting along with its proper documentation
• Payroll processing

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconciliation:

• Bank, Vendors and customers ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation

Financial Reporting:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS
• Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax
• Prepaid schedule
• Closing accounts periodically

Auditing:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in accounting software eg Tally and Microsoft Office.
