Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai invites applications for the Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance role.

The position reports to the GM Accounts and is a full-time role based at Fort, Mumbai. You will manage financial records, payroll, reconciliations, and compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience and a degree in accounting, with proficiency in Tally and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Postgraduate degree in finance/accounting.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts, finance and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software eg Tally and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper books of accounts and investment accounting.
• Process payroll, receivables and payments, and other financial transactions.
• Bank, vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS; manage fixed assets schedule.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure GST, TDS and Income tax compliance.

Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Reports To: GM Accounts

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 years in Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Maintenance

• Maintaining proper books of accounts
• Investment accounting along with its proper documentation
• Payroll processing

Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconciliation

• Bank, Vendors and customers ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation

Financial Reporting

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS
• Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax
• Prepaid schedule
• Closing accounts periodically

Auditing

• Coordination with internal and external auditors to provide requirements

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS and Income tax and other regulatory

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Any post degree in finance/accounting
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts, finance and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software eg Tally and Microsoft Office.
