Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance to join our Mumbai-based team.

This full-time role requires 5–7 years of accounting and finance experience, including payroll, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance. You will manage ledgers, prepare MIS, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining books, handling investment accounting, reconciliation, and closing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with relevant domain knowledge.
• Post-degree qualification in finance/accounting preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounts, finance and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper books of accounts and investment accounting documentation.
• Handle payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable functions.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations, GST and TDS credits.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance including GST and income tax.

Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Reports To: GM Accounts

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 years in Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Maintenance

• Maintaining proper books of accounts
• Investment accounting along with its proper documentation
• Payroll processing

Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconciliation

• Bank, Vendors and customers ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation

Financial Reporting

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS
• Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax
• Prepaid schedule
• Closing accounts periodically

Auditing

• Coordination with internal and external auditors to provide requirements

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS and Income tax and other regulatory

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Any post degree in finance/accounting
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts, finance and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software eg Tally and Microsoft Office.
