Responsibilities

• To perform the analysis of Stability and Finished product samples as per the work planning given and document with calculation and logbook entries.
• To check the calibration status of the instrument and validity before use or perform instrument calibration as required.
• Follow ATP procedures, instructions and SOPs during analysis.
• Maintain instrument cleanliness and cleanliness of the surrounding area during analysis.
• Maintain working standards, reference standards, impurity standards, sample solutions and reagents in their designated places after use.

Job Description

• To perform the analysis of Stability and Finished product samples as per the work planning given and do their online reporting and documentation like calculation, logbook entries etc. (For Physical testing).
• To check the calibration status of the instrument and validity before use or perform the instrument calibration as when required.
• Follow the ATP procedure, Instructions and SOP procedure while performing the analysis.
• To keep the instrument and surrounding area clean during and after the analysis.
• To keep the Working standards, Reference standards, Impurity standards, Sample solutions, Chemicals, Reagents, Specification, ATP, etc. to the designated place after use.
• To maintain reconciliation sheet for stability, finished and process validation samples.
• To prepare the mobile phase, degassed it and filter before use as per the HPLC procedure.
• To verify the generated results against the given approved specification and inform to cell leader or supervisor for any odd observation, OOS, OOT and Lab Event.
• To give Glassware tray which are used in analysis for washing after confirmation of results. To prepare Deactivating solution while handling the cytotoxic material and deactivate the glassware and solutions.
• Follow the Safety procedures like Wear hand gloves, mask and safety glasses during analysis.
• Always wear Apron and safety shoes in the lab during analysis.
• Follow the GLP and GDP procedures.
• Tejaswini Chauhan is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time orally or in writing.
• She is also responsible for monitoring of the temperature and humidity in laboratory.
• Water analysis of Purified water, Water for injection, raw water, clean steam (pH, conductivity, Nitrate and oxidizable test).
