Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in India is seeking a Senior Executive for Utility Operation and Maintenance. You will maintain and troubleshoot essential plant utilities such as chillers, cooling towers, compressors, and nitrogen systems, ensuring reliable support for manufacturing.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive and shutdown maintenance with internal teams and external agencies, supporting capital projects, and ensuring GMP and EHS compliance through proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Utilities operation and maintenance experience for plant equipment.
• GMP procedures and EHS policy knowledge.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana PM module is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate utilities equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, nitrogen systems, and hot water systems.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance with plant and external agencies.
• Erect, commission, startup capital projects and perform modifications.
• Evaluate bidders' technical submittals and respond to queries.
• Ensure GMP and EHS compliance; document work, changes, deviations, CAPAs, and SOPs.
• Work with engineers to carry out maintenance tasks and support operations.

Senior Executive- Utility Operation and Maintenance

• Operations & Maintenance of Utilities equipment Like Chiller system, Cooling towers, AIR compressor, Nitrogen generation system , Hot water system. Fault diagnosis & rectification, technical skills for sound, cost effective & quality repairs / overhauling with precision, Problem solving and troubleshooting of plant equipment, monitoring.
• Co-ordinate with plant & external agency for predictive, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner & prioritization.
• Erection, commissioning and startup of Capital projects / Utility Equipment’s modification jobs.
• Evaluate bidder’s technical submittals, prepare recommendations, and respond to technical queries and clarification.
• Ensure compliance with Company’s GMP procedures and EHS policy.
• Documentation of utility related works, Change controls, Deviations, CAPAs, equipment qualification, SOPs preparation, PM related documents, utility equipment’s logbooks, SRV testing records & compressed air and nitrogen sample analysis coordinating with external agency and maintain the certificates
• To work with & support a team of engineers for carrying out various types of operations & maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana for sap pm module and PR requisition.
• Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
• Preparation of cost estimates, engineering specifications, enquiry documents, technical evaluation of bids etc.
