Job summary

KSB Company in India is seeking a quality & IMS professional to manage QDDS, user access, and document reviews. The role includes analyzing MIS reports, coordinating audits across locations, and supporting digitization initiatives within QM.

The ideal candidate will help drive corrective actions from audits, monitor safety MIS, and assist in IMS implementation across KSB SupremeServ and KSB Tech. This permanent position focuses on improving the Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for QDDS management, user management, Handling of user queries, Detailed review & release of documents in the system.
• Collect, analyse & identify the improvement from various MIS reports from plants, (MRM summary, audit results)
• Notification analysis, customer complaints data collection
• Support in Godown audits & track for implementation of actions.
• OTD DMAIC reporting follow up with Germany for reports, follow with MRP controllers for action plan, Scrutinise the reports.
• Monthly Analysis of OTD DMAIC & prepare MIS.
• Support in driving Digitization projects in QM
• Support to ongoing digitization projects like Audit portal, Calibration Portal, Passport history card , safety portal.
• Coordinating the certification, surveillance & customer audits across locations.
• Reporting to Corp MRR on the performance of the Integrated management system & MRFM findings.
• Planning the corrective actions (raised in audits) and verifying their effectiveness after implementation.
• Planning and conducting the Management Review Meetings periodically & prepared consolidated summary.
• Monitoring progress of objectives of IM system and reporting to MR Processing review meetings.
• Safety MIS preparation & action plan monitoring.
• Support in IMS implementation at KSB SupremeServ & KSB Tech.
• Support in planning & scheduling Internal audits of all locations & to carry out ISO 9001/14001/45001 internal audits at various locations as an internal auditor
