Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in plant operations, thermal performance, analytics or process engineering.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment (gas turbine, steam turbine, compressors, pumps).
• Experience with predictive analytics and condition monitoring digital tools.
• Background in Oil & Gas and Power sectors with operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cordant Solutions projects like analytics, process optimization and performance configuration.
• Serve as technical point of contact for Cordant Solutions projects for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with teams to deliver projects on time with quality.
• Provide technical reviews of analytics deliverables.
• Support hubs in India, Egypt & Mexico with technical guidance.
• Monitor workload, project costs and time drops (SAP).
• Travel domestically and internationally if required.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

The Engineering Senior Specialist will work on Cordant Solutions projects to meet the assigned objectives. In this role you will work with the Global team and lead for delivering solutions for online Rotating Equipment configuration & monitoring, Analytics, Thermal Performance, and Cloud based Cordant Suits software. You will utilize your knowledge on Asset Configuration, Thermal Performance, Condition Monitoring for various rotating & stationary equipment in various industries.

• Lead & manage Cordant Solutions projects like Cordant AHM Analytics, APM, Process Optimization, Decision Support, Bently Performance configuration and other analytics projects.
• Technical Point of contact for Cordant Solutions project for internal and external customers
• Coordinate with team to make sure they deliver project on time with best of quality.
• Technical review of analytics deliverables.
• Skill Development and Technical support to Hubs (India, Egypt & Mexico).
• Resolve Technical queries of team on day-to-day activities.
• Workload distribution and monitoring of assignments
• Project cost analysis and time drop monitoring in SAP.
• Ability to multitask.
• Should be compliant with Company policy & HSE.
• Domestic & International travel can be required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Masters / bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Chemical Engineering with excellent Track record.
• Minimum 10 years of Engineering Experience in Plant operations/Thermal Performance/ Machine Diagnostic/Process Engineering/Analytics and exposure of leading team of Engineers.
• Technical Sound understanding of Rotating equipment like Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Compressors, Pumps etc.
• Predictive Analytics and Condition Monitoring experience.
• Background in Oil & Gas and Power Sector with Operations Knowledge.
• Strong oral & written communication skills, interpersonal skill.
• Experience with Performance & Analytics of Rotating Equipment.
• Condition Monitoring, Online Monitoring of rotating machines is preferred.
• Good understanding of Bearing Vibration & their Failure modes.
• Experience in Pump, Compressor & Turbine Auxiliary Systems like Lube Oil System, Seal Gas System etc.
• Through Understanding of P&ID and PFD of Rotating Equipment.
• Process knowledge of O&G upstream and downstream will be added advantage.
• Experience in Predictive Analytics and Condition monitoring digital tools.
• Program/Project Management skills required.
• Proven analytical and quality improvement ability.
• Able to interface at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated integrity - accept and adhere to high ethical, moral and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others.
