ROLE

• Lead development, testing and implementation teams in a product model to achieve business outcomes and engineering end‑goals.
• Responsible for end‑to‑end implementation of engineering deliverables for Risk and Resilience portfolio covering Customer Assurance, Operational Resilience and Third Party Risk Management.
• Develop scope and coordinated product roadmaps while ensuring relevant risk management processes are in place.
• Lead horizontal workstream and/or vertical product‑squad set‑up and partner engagement, implementing improved delivery controls and reporting.
• Partner with sponsors, end‑users and colleagues to define and refine objectives, outcomes, delivery approach and timelines.
• Lead multiple workstreams and matrix teams throughout the product lifecycle to meet success parameters.
• Collaborate with cross‑capability leads to realize development and integration scope, building project plans, resourcing and risk assessments.
• Lead solution design and implementation, ensuring high‑performance coordinated software solutions within constraints.
• Analyze business needs to ensure target solutions meet organisational objectives by combining industry‑standard processes, product knowledge and business insight.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non‑routine, sophisticated applications and technology installations.
• Resolve issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong background in large financial services organisations and/or delivering projects in Financial Crime, Risk and/or Compliance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret sophisticated delivery risks and challenges and take effective measures to unblock.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
