Michael Page partners with a leading healthtech and insuretech platform in Bengaluru to hire a Senior Head of Engineering. Shape technology strategy and guide multiple engineering teams through managers, tech leads, and senior engineers, with a focus on SaaS scalability and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 11 years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years managing Engineering Managers and multiple teams.
• Proven success scaling SaaS, platform, or product-led businesses.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architectures, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience operating highly available, mission-critical production environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success scaling engineering organisations of 30-80+ professionals.
• Track record of driving engineering excellence, reliability, and operational maturity.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystems.
• Exposure to high-growth product organisations and modern platform engineering practices.
• Preferred background in fintech, health-tech, insuretech, payments, or regulated environments.
