Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior enterprise architecture leader to define and drive the organisation's architecture strategy at scale, spanning business, application, data, and infrastructure.

You will partner with C-suite and technology leaders to align investments with strategic goals, shape target-state roadmaps, and champion cloud, API-first, and AI-enabled platforms.

A strong background in Insurance/BFSI, hands-on AWS/hybrid cloud, and enterprise-scale transformation is required.

Qualifications

• 16–20 years of senior enterprise architecture or related leadership experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale technology platforms.
• Strong AWS and hybrid cloud expertise with security and governance focus.
• Experience collaborating with C‑level stakeholders in Insurance/BFSI.

Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

• 16-20 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Engineering Leadership, Solution Architecture, or Digital Transformation.


• Background in Insurance and BFSI domain is higly desirable


• Strong experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology platforms.


• Deep expertise across Enterprise, Application, Data, Integration, Security, and Infrastructure Architecture.


• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, hybrid cloud environments, containers, and serverless technologies.


• Strong experience with APIs, Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture, ESB, BPM, and enterprise integration patterns.


• Experience architecting enterprise data platforms and AI/GenAI-enabled solutions.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive organisational change.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.


• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable.
