Overview

Help shape the future of mobility. You will be working together on AUTOSAR embedded projects for Active Safety and User Experience on Connected Compute. In particular you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
• Work closely with Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
• Provide support in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint Goals.
• Triaging of issues reported from internal/external stakeholders.
• Interfacing with customers.

Qualifications

• A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics) with 12-15 years of work experience
• Experience in ADAS, Infotainment or Gateway
• Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge ideas to achieve career goals aligned with Aptiv mission
• Passionate about learning; able to follow market trends and publications outlining new solutions; hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Architecture and workflows
• Exposure to Requirements Management tools, design tools (like EA), and configuration management tools (like GIT)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development processes
• Experience with 32-bit microcontrollers
• Good exposure to Automotive SPICE Process
• Negotiation and influencing skills
