Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop automotive products in Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located at TCI Bengaluru and requires 10–14 years of hands-on Embedded C/C++, RTOS, POSIX experience in the Automotive domain.

You will lead the development activities, mentor junior engineers, and work across hardware and software teams to ensure robust system design and high-quality delivery, including ASPICE-compliant processes and ISO26262

Qualifications

• A graduate in BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation)
• 10 to 14+ years’ experience in Embedded C, C++, RTOS, POSIX.
• Working experience in Automotive Domain
• Exposure to Configuration Management tools (GIT, Plastic)
• Exposure to debug/triaging with microcontroller using debuggers | SW architecture module integration.
• Python Scripting Knowledge
• AUTOSAR Knowledge.
• Proactive problem solver Desirable
• Willingness to take high personal responsibility and work independently
• Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)
• Agile/Scrum principles|ISO26262 Technical Safety Concepts
• ADAS Knowledge.

• Capable of independently delivering applications, as a POC and providing system-level technical leadership.
• Independently develop and deliver 1–2 complete applications & Act as a technical role model within the project team.
