Job summary

Accurate Background is seeking an experienced engineering leader in Hyderabad to drive AI-enabled transformation across the software development lifecycle. You will mentor a globally distributed team, define scalable architectures, and align engineering efforts with business strategy.

You will champion Agile practices, oversee releases, and guide technology decisions while reducing technical debt and improving delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Management experience: at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Leadership: proven experience mentoring and leading teams.
• Agile practices: strong understanding of Agile or Scrum.
• Release management: experience overseeing software releases.
• Cloud: extensive experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
