Engineering Manager position for Diversity Role | .Net/React & Gen AI, India

We are looking for a diversity leader to join our global technology team as an Engineering Manager. This role focuses on leading two domains with an emphasis on building innovative platforms and AI-driven applications for high-profile global clients across India and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Scope: Direct responsibility for ~10 engineers, with overall oversight of 80–100 team members.
• Balance of Work: ~20% people management, ~80% driving technology initiatives (platform & application development, AI-first solutions).
• Accountability: Strategy, planning, and delivery management across global locations.
• Innovation Focus: Build and scale Generative AI solutions, with exposure to Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in engineering and solution delivery.
• Strong background in .NET framework, React, and modern front-end technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in Gen AI (Agentic AI knowledge is a plus).
• Exposure to Azure / AWS cloud platforms.
• Track record of working with global teams and managing stakeholders across geographies.
• Ability to lead by example – not necessarily a daily coder, but comfortable being hands-on when required.
• Experience in Fintech or financial applications preferred.
• Started career in Microsoft technologies (C#/.NET) and transitioned into AI-driven initiatives is ideal.
