Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers through effective coaching and performance management.
Remain hands-on with code actively participate in design discussions, code reviews, and critical development efforts
Drive technical excellence, setting engineering best practices, design patterns, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and delivery timelines.
Own technical architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Champion an agile development process, improving velocity and team collaboration.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, architectural issues, and codebase inefficiencies.

Requirements: Technical Skills
