Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our CRM platform. You will work at the intersection of Salesforce engineering and AI/ML, leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Einstein Copilot to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade automation.

You will mentor developers, participate in Agile ceremonies, review code, and ensure secure, compliant integrations with external AI services and Data Cloud pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Agentforce agents, REST/SOAP API integrations, and external AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP and data modeling.
• Active Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / AI-related) preferred.
