Wood is seeking a Senior Engineer - Subsea Pipeline to lead and coordinate subsea system design within our Technical Consulting Division in Chennai. The role requires in-person collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction and QA to ensure smooth project execution.

You'll work with offshore installation teams to integrate pipelines with other offshore infrastructure, contributing to energy transition projects for major operators and suppliers worldwide.

Wood India Consulting division is currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer - Subsea Pipeline to join the team focusing on subsea projects within our Technical Consulting Division.

This position is based in Chennai and because success in the role will require in-person contact with the team, remote work is not an option.

The Role

A Senior Engineer - Subsea Systems will interact with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution. Also collaborating with structural engineers and offshore installation teams to ensure seamless integration of subsea pipelines with other offshore infrastructure will be the other responsibility to look for.
