Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in AI datacenter operations or similar.
• Experience managing NVIDIA GPU server hardware.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills in datacenter environments.
• Familiarity with rack installation and cabling standards.
• Experience with firmware/BIOS management.

Responsibilities

• Manage NVIDIA GPU servers and datacenter hardware operations as part of daily responsibilities.
• Perform hardware installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Follow rack installation and cabling standards to ensure proper layout and accessibility.
• Manage firmware and BIOS updates across GPU servers.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors for issue resolution and escalation.
• Support incident and change management processes in datacenter operations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance for datacenter tasks.
• Follow datacenter safety and regulatory compliance procedures.
