Algae Services in Chennai is seeking a Senior Hardware Specialist to lead NVIDIA GPU server infrastructure in a 24x7 datacenter environment. You will install, configure, and maintain GPU servers, perform diagnostics, and coordinate with vendors for timely repairs and warranty support.

You will monitor hardware health, manage incidents at L3 level, and ensure documentation and process adherence across the operations team in a demanding AI datacenter setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Specialist to support AI Datacenter operations, focusing on NVIDIA GPU servers, hardware installation, diagnostics, and vendor coordination. The role involves L3-level support, incident management, SLA adherence, documentation, and ensuring reliable datacenter infrastructure operations.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU Server Hardware
• Experience in Hardware Installation and Configuration
• Strong knowledge of Hardware Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
• Experience in Vendor Coordination and Hardware Support
• Knowledge of server and datacenter infrastructure operations
• Experience in incident management, change management, and SLA adherence
