Job summary

Qualifications

Key Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4-9 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Automotive Seating Plastics Design
• Strong hands‑on experience in CATIA and/or Siemens NX
• Expertise in design and development of automotive seating plastic components
• Good knowledge of tooling, manufacturing processes, and CAD methodologies
• Experience in Tolerance Stack‑up Analysis, DFMEA, CAE, and Seating Regulations
• Understanding of automotive product development lifecycle and program milestones
• Exposure to problem‑solving methodologies such as 8D and QRCI
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
• Ability to work in a multicultural and global environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop seating plastic components for automotive applications
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA/NX
• Perform tolerance analysis and support design validation activities
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including CAE, manufacturing, tooling, and program teams
