Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of automotive seating accessories.
• Design and development of Headrest, Armrest, and Cushion Length Adjuster (CLA) systems.
• Perform concept design, feasibility studies, detailed design, and engineering release activities.
• Coordinate with OEM customers and global engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive seating regulations and standards.
• Drive project execution, risk management, and technical reviews.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 1015 years of experience in Automotive Seating Design.
• Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5 (Mandatory).
• UG NX experience is preferred.
• Expertise in Headrest, Armrest, and CLA design.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to seating components.
• Experience working with major Indian OEMs.
• Excellent project management and people management skills.
