Drive Original Equipment (OE) sales and aftermarket business generation for slurry pumps and mineral processing products across Odisha. Daily activities include handling enquiries, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and closing orders with clients. Success means consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations in the Odisha region. Regularly visit customers (approximately 15-20 days per month) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage dealer networks and coordinate with regional teams, sales & operations planning, engineering, and operations to align customer requirements and company objectives.
Provide weekly updates on new business opportunities, customer feedback, and strategies to address customer pain points. Maintain receivable management and ensure timely collections.
