Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 5+ years in Application Support.
• Dynatrace experience to analyse issues and configure alerts.
• SQL queries experience and data modeling work.
• Expert in Apigee, Apigee-x and Seibel.
• Python programming or shell scripting.
• AWS knowledge including EKS, load balancers, EC2, Route 53, multi-region, CloudWatch querying.

Responsibilities

• Perform Incident Management from start to resolution with Development to root causes.
• Proactively identify production issues and resolve.
• Own production environment, monitor availability and system health.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve issues timely.
• Complete tasks for change requests and incident tickets.
• Resolve issues within SLA.
• Aim for 90% automation and reduced manual intervention.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Able to perform effective Incident Management from incident start through resolution, partnering with Development to determine root causes, and driving rigorous Problem Management to follow through on actions

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in Application Support
• Dynatrace - experience in analysing issue, configuring alerts, creating dashboards (minimum of 2 to 3 years)
• SQL Queries - experience in writing complex queries and working with data models (minimum of 2 to 3 years)
• Expert in Apigee, Apigee-x and Seibel
• Scripting/Programming - Python programming preferred, Shell scripting
• AWS - Preferred AWS Solution Architect Associate - should have knowledge around EKS, load balancers, EC2, Route 53, Multi region, Cloudwatch querying a must
• APIs - Good understanding of REST APIs and working experience with Postman/Ready API
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good functional knowledge around Retail and Telecom
• Ready to work in shifts - 24x7
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
