Job summary

Vascon Engineers in Bengaluru is seeking a Project Coordinator to support site execution, coordinating with site managers, engineers and HO teams. Responsibilities include preparing project schedules, compiling technical and commercial specifications, and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Candidate will produce progress reports, forecast timelines and costs, and push the execution team to meet defined milestones within the project scope.

Responsibilities

• Ability to Compile all Technical and Commercial specifications
• Working knowledge of Primavera and AutoCAD
• Ability to plan the activities at Project Site and push execution team for adherence.
• Producing progress reports and forecasts for project team members, Head office and clients
• Ensuring plans meet the client's specifications.
• Making estimations of timescales and costs.
• Collaborating with site managers, engineers, HO team and other agencies involved in execution of project.
• Project Coordination. Preparation of Project Schedule using Tools such as MS- Project covering entire scope and within defined timeline.
• Resource management including cost monitoring
