Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an IMPACT Maker to join our global Supply Chain team in Vadodara. You will drive Lean-based improvements and deploy digital tools to enhance efficiency and visibility across our operations.

Lead Kaizen workshops, develop roadmaps for standard applications, and support the deployment of Smart/Digital platforms to improve safety, quality, and delivery. Collaborate across functions and turn sustainability ambitions into actions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean methods (DMAIC, Kaizen).
• Familiarity with SPS and digital tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Identify and resolve global Supply Chain performance issues.
• Optimize flows using Lean methods and lead improvement roadmaps.
• Support Safety, Quality, Delivery, SC Deployment, and HR development.
• Lead Kaizen workshops and coach Lean across the entity.
• Develop roadmaps for standard applications and digital platforms.
• Drive adoption of Smart Solutions for real-time visibility.
• Align technology integration with Business Transformation goals.
• Prepare for future skills with advanced analytics.
• Lead high-visibility projects influencing global supply chain strategy.

Job description

Mission: ØResponsible for challenging performance within the entity.

ØIn charge of standardizing and deploying exemplary results in SPS animation, continuous improvement, best practices deployment, and standards design.

ØTrain and coach, the perimeter for sustainability.

ØPromote and utilize necessary Smart and Digital solutions to support the perimeter in Supply Chain Performance improvement.

ØDevelop and implement plans to integrate standard applications and processes that enhance overall site supply chain performance, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

ØSupport Business Transformation program deployment and readiness, aligning standard applications deployment roadmaps without impacting site supply chain performance.

ØAreas of expertise include SPS, process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

ØIdentify and resolve global Supply Chain performance issues.

ØOptimize physical and information flows using Lean methods (DMAIC, Kaizen).Lead improvement plans and contribute to shared roadmaps to meet targets.

ØSupport Safety, Quality, Delivery, SC Deployment, and HR skills development.

ØFacilitate collaboration and act as Lean coach; lead Kaizen workshops to close gaps.

ØPromote continuous improvement and operational discipline; prepare for future skills.

ØIntegrate Smart/Digital tools and standardized applications into initiatives.

ØAlign Business Transformation objectives with operational performance goals.

ØAct as Lean coach; lead Kaizen workshops to sustain improvements.

ØAlign technology integration with process improvement for Business Transformation.

ØEnsure compliance with SPS principles and digital monitoring tools.
