Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Manager / DGM - Digital Solutions with strong full stack development skills to lead design, development, and delivery of on-premises and cloud-based platforms.

The candidate will own solution architecture, enforce secure software design, and drive Agile product development with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech is required.
• 8–12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Experience in delivering on-premises and cloud platforms with IoT integrations.
• Strong experience in React JS, Angular JS, Node JS and REST/MQTT interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-premises and cloud platforms with RESTful and MQTT interfaces.
• Design and develop full-stack web apps using React/Angular/Node/HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap.
• Develop responsive front-end and scalable back-end services for enterprise apps.
• Design web services/APIs for mobile apps and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams; translate requirements into a roadmap with Agile/Scrum.
• Ensure adherence to OWASP security guidelines and secure design practices.
• Prepare architecture docs, design specs, UML diagrams and technical docs.
• Follow SDL per IEC 62443-4-1 including threat modeling and test plans.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.

Position: Senior Manager / DGM - Digital Solutions (Full Stack Developer)

Location: Navi Mumbai (Mahape)

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech

Experience: 8-12 years (with strong hands-on full-stack development experience)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of on-premises and cloud-based platforms. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise, solution architecture ownership, secure software design, preparation of detailed design and architecture documentation, and execution of unit-level validation/testing. The position also involves leading Agile product development in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Lead and contribute to the on-premises and cloud-based platforms & applications using standard IoT platforms, including implementation of RESTful and MQTT-based interfaces.
• Design and develop full-stack web applications to meet product requirements using React JS, Angular JS, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and related technologies.
• Develop responsive web front-end and scalable back-end services for enterprise-grade applications.
• Design and implement web services/APIs for mobile applications and third-party system integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external users to understand stated and unstated requirements, translate them into a prioritized development roadmap, and execute using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ensure applications adhere to OWASP security guidelines and industry best practices for secure web application design and development.
• Prepare and maintain architecture documents, design specifications, UML diagrams, and other technical documentation.
• Follow Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices based on IEC 62443-4-1, including threat modeling, test plan preparation, and unit-level testing.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.

Functional / Technical Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• React JS, Angular JS, Node JS
• REST APIs, Web Services, Web Sockets
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• React Native (for mobile integration scenarios)
• Sound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with IoT communication protocols such as MQTT and CoAP.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security concepts, including:
• OWASP Top 10
• Web data encryption
• Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on exposure to Python, C#, and/or C++.
• Prior experience in industrial IoT, smart infrastructure, or digital product engineering environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams at a Manager / Senior Manager / DGM level.
