Job summary

Fact Personnel Private Limited is seeking a technically skilled field service engineer for installation, commissioning and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC/R systems at customer sites across India.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate with customers and internal teams, prepare commissioning and maintenance reports, and provide guidance on operation and troubleshooting. Travel across India is required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background preferred with good knowledge of electrical panels.
• Hands-on experience in compressor commissioning, industrial refrigeration, HVAC/R service, or field maintenance.
• Willing to travel across India for service requirements and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and equipment inspections.

• Support refrigeration system performance checks and ensure equipment operates as per technical specifications.
• Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and maintenance records after site visits.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

Candidates should be comfortable working at customer sites and travelling across India based on service requirements.
