RENOVISION AUTOMATION SERVICES PVT.LTD is seeking a Senior ELV Engineer to install, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV, ACS, PAVA, and PBX systems across large infrastructure environments.

You will manage Milestone VMS, AC2000, Alcatel-Lucent PBX, and SIP/VoIP deployments, ensure service uptime, and coordinate with OEMs/vendors. A 24x7 shift is required, with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electronics/electrical/CS/IT.
Experience with CCTV, ACS, PAVA, and PBX in large infrastructure.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain CCTV with Milestone VMS, cameras, NVRs, and servers.
Configure ACS readers, controllers, RTC/CDC units, and AC2000 app.
Maintain Alcatel-Lucent PBX, SIP extensions, voicemail and IVR.
Monitor systems, diagnose faults, and ensure uptime and compliance.
Prepare reports and coordinate with vendors and ITIL processes.

Job description

The Senior Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA), and PBX Telephone solutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands‑on expertise, and the ability to ensure system uptime, compliance, and operational efficiency across large infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. CCTV & Access Control Systems

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVRs, servers, and Milestone VMS applications.
Install and maintain ACS readers, controllers, field devices, RTC/CDC units, and AC2000 application.
Configure, test, and maintain offline devices for CCTV and ACS.
Monitor applications, alarms, and services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Ensure proper camera positioning and coverage of critical areas.
Diagnose faults, replace defective components, and provide technical support.
Maintain backups, performance checks, and incident/problem registers.
Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.

2. PAVA Systems

Monitor alarms, failures, and performance issues remotely.
Ensure synchronization, scheduling, and functioning of announcements.
Implement system changes and prepare PIR (Post Implementation Report).
Prepare CIR (Corrective Incident Report) for critical issues.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for troubleshooting and escalations.
Track and resolve tickets related to PAVA operations.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate outages promptly.
Identify EOL/EOSL components in the environment.

3. Telephone / PBX Systems

Install, configure, and maintain Alcatel‑Lucent PBX systems.
Configure IP phones, digital phones, SIP extensions, voicemail, hunt groups, IVR, call forwarding.
Perform upgrades, database maintenance, and backup/restore operations.
Troubleshoot call drops, voice quality issues, and telecom problems.
Coordinate with providers for line activation and service availability.
Provide user support and training for phone features.
Maintain wiring diagrams, port details, and extension lists.
Ensure compliance with call recording policies and telecom standards.
