• Responsible for understanding equipment in service types and their spare part needs
• Updates spare part data for new offering extension
• Supports key customer sites’ spare part planning in terms of identifying critical spares
• Supports VA Technician with identification of material needed
• Identifying best source of supply for urgent material requests
• Responsible for material identification for planned service repairs
