Job summary

Renewsys India is seeking a hands-on engineer to manage gas facilities, including TMA, Silane, Ammonia, Oxygen, Hydrogen and other gases. The role covers drawings understanding, site supervision, and project execution per schedule, with emphasis on SCADA monitoring and maintaining safety and IMS/EHS compliance.

The candidate will review planned vs actual BOQ, maintain log books and history cards, and drive preventive maintenance and spare parts inventory management in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with gas facilities (TMA, Silane, Ammonia, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon, Methane, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Boron Trichloride & Phosphane).
• Strong knowledge of SCADA monitoring and gas systems troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Understand Drawings, Site supervision, Coordination and Execution of the Project as per the Schedule.
• Review Project Planned vs Actual BOQ.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation, supply and trouble shooting of gas facilities including gases like TMA, Silane, Ammonia, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon, Methane, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Boron Trichloride & Phosphane (Mandatory).
• Understand Physical & Chemical properties of all gases, MSDS, and prepare/revise SOPs and log sheets; comply with IMS, EHS, etc.
• Regular monitoring of SCADA and gas parameters (pressures, flow, temperature).
• Knowledge of controls during cylinder change-over with safety precautions.

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Project Review of Planned Vs Actual BOQ
• Uninterrupted Operation, Supply & Trouble shoot of Mechanical Facilities - Gases like, TMA, Silane, Ammonia, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon, Methane, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Boron Trichloride & Phosphane(Mandatory)
• Understanding Physical & Chemical properties of all Gases, MSDS of all Gases, Preparation / Revision of SOPs and Log Sheets, Compliance related to IMS, EHS, & etc
• Regular Monitoring of SCADA and all gases Physically by maintaining required pressures, flow, Temperature & etc.
• Knowledge of Controls & System during Cylinder Change Over Process with required precautions to Handle all Gases
• Maintaining History Cards, Log Book, Breakdown Registers, Service Reports. Creating, Planning & Scheduled Preventive Maintenance.
• Maintaining Inventory of Critical Spares
• Diagnosing Faults & Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns for implementing Corrective Action
• Relevant Knowledge with Problem solving skills and work well under pressure

Preferred candidate profile
