Job summary

Ascent Human Solution is seeking a Process Engineer for New Product Development to support APQP deliverables. You will develop PFMEA, DVPR, PFD and CP, and manage PPAP documentation for new and existing automotive plastic components.

The role requires hands-on experience with quality standards such as MSA, SPC, APQP and FMEA, and a proactive approach to validation and process control in Pune, India. Strong collaboration with design and manufacturing teams is essential to ensure robust processes

Qualifications

• Experience in APQP for plastic auto components.
• Knowledge of MSAs, SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop APQP deliverables including PFMEA, DVPR (Design Verification Plan Reports), PFD (Process Flow Diagram) & CP (Control Plan).
• Prepare PPAP documentation for new products and existing projects.
• Conduct DVP testing.
