VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking a Genesys & IVR Platform Support Engineer on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The role requires 5+ years of experience and expertise in AWS deployment, Genesys platform support, and IVR operations.

The successful candidate will support global IVR & Digital Readiness platforms, deploy IVR applications across various environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Evening and weekend support may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Deployment is a must.
• Strong knowledge in Genesys and IVR operations.

Responsabilités

• Support and manage global IVR & Digital Readiness (IRD) platforms.
• Deploy IVR applications across AWS and on-premises environments.
• Monitor platform health and performance across regions.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Participate in evening/weekend support as needed.

We're looking for an experienced Genesys & IVR Platform Support Engineer to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis.

Locations: Pune | Hyderabad | Bhubaneswar | Noida | Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Budget: Up to 15 LPA Fixed
