The successful candidate will support global IVR & Digital Readiness platforms, deploy IVR applications across various environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Evening and weekend support may be required based on business needs.

• Hands-on experience with AWS Deployment is a must.
• Strong knowledge in Genesys and IVR operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage global IVR & Digital Readiness (IRD) platforms.
• Deploy IVR applications across AWS and on-premises environments.
• Monitor platform health and performance across regions.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Participate in evening/weekend support as needed.

Budget: Up to 15 LPA Fixed
