Job summary

Elofic is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance/In-Process Quality role to support in-process inspection, ERP PO and PDI processing. You will train operators, verify documents, and drive corrective actions through audits and data analysis.

The candidate will contribute to Poka-yoke verifications, rejection data, and adherence to production schedules, supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• IATF and VDA knowledge per Business Standard Core Quality Tools and Methodologies
• Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
• Manufacturing Product and Process Knowledge

Responsibilities

• In process inspection support
• Daily red bin analysis
• Verification of In-process Documents (Job setup, Line Inspection, Pre dispatch inspection)
• PDI processing in ERP
• Train the operators on In-process Quality parameters Online Quality Control support
• Poka-yoke Verification
• Rejection control and data collection
• Validation of process to be adhered with the raised parameters
• Adherence to the performance schedule Audits support
• Support in periodic audit of the in-process documents as maintained by the Production
• Filling up the gaps identified during periodic Audit/Inspection (Planned/On surprise basis)
• Prepare the analysis of Audits and communicate Findings with Probable solution to the Production.
