What we are looking for: A seasoned Business Intelligence expert who can drive adoption of modern analytics technologies and provide thought leadership to clients across reporting, complex data management, and performance analytics. This role requires deep expertise in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence, combined with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global consulting environment. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to shape client solutions, strengthen capabilities, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise BI and reporting solutions across multiple clients and technology stacks.
• Design and develop insight-driven dashboards by integrating multiple data sources into cohesive analytics solutions.
• Own project lifecycle management — from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and stakeholder adoption.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable, best-in‑class reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Platform leaders to understand upstream data architecture and ensure seamless integration with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Embed data governance, data quality, and security principles into analytics implementations.
• Partner with global UX/UI teams to design intuitive, high-impact visualizations leveraging full platform capabilities.
• Support business development initiatives, proposal creation, and capability‑building efforts with leadership.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–11 years of experience in Data Visualization and Reporting, with 3–4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong domain experience in Life Sciences / Pharma analytics and reporting.
• Proven experience in direct client engagement, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and architect enterprise‑scale reporting solutions from the ground up.
• Hands‑on expertise in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent.
• Experience building and scaling BI teams, delivery frameworks, and governance models.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to bring structure to unstructured business problems and translate them into scalable, solution‑driven technical designs and compelling storyboards.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
