The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in embedded firmware development, RTOS, Embedded Linux, hardware-software integration, communication protocols, and product engineering, driving architecture across multiple product lines and mentoring engineering

• Experience with communication protocols and product engineering is essential.
• Leadership in architecture reviews and product development lifecycle is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and own embedded software architecture across multiple product lines.
• Lead engineering teams through the complete product development lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design validations, and feasibility assessments.
• Establish coding standards and development best practices.
• Design and develop scalable embedded firmware architectures.
• Optimize for performance, reliability, memory usage, and power efficiency.
• Lead bootloader, firmware security, and OTA update mechanisms.
• Architect and develop applications for Embedded Linux environments.
• Lead RTOS-based system development and optimization.
