Qualifications

Proficient in C/C++ for bare-metal and RTOS environments.
Experience with FreeRTOS or Zephyr RTOS and task scheduling.
Strong debugging skills on real hardware (STM32).
Familiar with hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN).
Experience with version control and CI/CD basics.

Responsibilities

Develop firmware for STM32/ESP32 on embedded products.
Build bare-metal and RTOS firmware for real-world devices.
Implement real-time control loops and power optimization.
Create and review PCB schematics with hardware team.
Develop OTA updates and field diagnostics tooling.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Embedded Systems Engineer to join our hardware core team in Jaipur. You'll be designing, developing and debugging firmware for a range of real-world products spanning industrial IoT, automation controllers and smart devices.

This is an ownership role - you'll take projects from concept to deployed hardware, not just write drivers in isolation.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Build

Bare-metal and RTOS-based firmware for STM32, ESP32 and custom SoCs
Low-level drivers for SPI, I2C, UART, CAN and proprietary protocols
PCB schematics and layout review alongside our hardware team
Real-time control loops, interrupt service routines and power optimization flows
OTA update mechanisms and field diagnostics tooling

Technologies & Skills

Skills We're Looking For

C / C++ (expert level) for bare-metal and RTOS environments
FreeRTOS or Zephyr RTOS - task scheduling, queues, semaphores
STM32CubeIDE, STM32HAL and CubeMX - schematic to firmware flow
Oscilloscope and logic analyser proficiency for real hardware debugging
Git, CI/CD basics and familiarity with embedded testing methodologies
Strong fundamentals: interrupts, DMA, memory-mapped I/O, watchdogs

You'll sit inside a cross-functional pod with PCB designers, IoT engineers and product leads - shipping from schematic to production. You'll also interface with our AI team to integrate on-device inference pipelines.
