Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in electrical product design, development, qualification, and validation of automotive and industrial electrical components. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in New Product Development (NPD), DFMEA, reliability engineering, testing, and electrical system architecture for HVAC and Transport Refrigeration applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive-grade electrical components, converters, and inverters for HVAC and Transport Refrigeration systems.
• Develop component-level DFMEA and drive risk mitigation activities.
• Create and execute qualification and validation test plans.
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability and performance.
• Develop system architecture, electrical schematics, and hook‑up diagrams.
• Create detailed engineering documentation including specifications, drawings, and application documents.
• Coordinate regulatory and compliance testing activities including EMC and HALT testing.
• Investigate product quality and reliability issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend design improvements.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support product development and qualification activities.
• Participate in NPD milestones, Gate Reviews, and Integrated Design Reviews (IDR).
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and industry regulations.
