Job summary

NiCE is seeking an LMS Administrator to lead end-to-end Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) administration, ensuring quality learning experiences for employees, customers, and partners. You will own configurations, data governance, and automation initiatives to streamline operations.

Join a global organization with a NICE-FLEX hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote). You’ll collaborate with Training, IT, and Vendors to optimize the learning platform and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of work experience
• Hands‑on experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or similar LMS platforms
• Strong expertise in LMS configuration, content setup, and transcript management
• Solid understanding of learning operations and LMS workflows
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day LMS administration, configuration, and system maintenance.
• Manage and maintain learning objects (ILT, eLearning, certifications, assessments) and system settings (assignments, approvals, notifications).
• Administer user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls.
• Provide operational support—troubleshooting issues, handling requests, and managing escalations.
• Execute bulk data operations, transcript management, and data governance activities.
• Review and test CSOD quarterly releases, ensuring system readiness and quality.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support learning analytics.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Training, IT, Vendors) to ensure smooth delivery and continuous system optimization.
