Kratin Mobile Software Solution in Nagpur is seeking a highly experienced Dot Net Technical Lead to guide architecture and delivery of scalable web applications and APIs.

The role requires 10+ years in .NET, hands-on with Azure, RESTful APIs, and leadership responsibilities. You will mentor a small team and drive best-practice development across the stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, EF Core and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on with JWT-based authentication and authorization.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database design.
• Solid understanding of SOLID, DI, and OO design patterns.
• Experience with Azure services: Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, and storage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment on Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and EF.
• Implement secure APIs using JWT tokens, OAuth2, and best security practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and deploy Azure Functions, App Services, and other PaaS offerings.
• Perform technical design and architecture for new features and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOLID principles and Dependency Injection patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.

Job Title: Dot Net Technical Lead/Senior Dot Net Technical Lead

Specific responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and Entity Framework
• Implement secure APIs using JWT tokens, OAuth2, and best security practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Develop and deploy Azure Functions, App Services, and other PaaS offerings
• Perform technical design and architecture for new features and enhancements
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices
• Write efficient and maintainable SQL queries, stored procedures, and handle performance tuning
• Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, and other software design patterns

Technical Skills required:

• 6+ years of experience in .NET application development
• Proficient in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework (Core and/or 4+), andASP.NETMVC
• Strong expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with JWT token‑based authentication and authorization
• Proficiency in SQL Server, T‑SQL, and database design
• Solid understanding and practical application of SOLID principles and Object‑Oriented Design
• Deep experience with Dependency Injection frameworks like Microsoft.Extensions. Dependency Injection or Autofac
• Experience with Azure Services: Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus, and other PaaS components
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation on Azure DevOps is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar certification
• Experience with front‑end technologies (JavaScript, Angular/React) is a plus
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS) is a bonus

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership experience, having led a small team (4-5 people)
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and estimate project timelines
