Role Description

Require a Sr. .NET developer with good communication skills and having experience in the range of 7 to 9 years.

Required Skills

• .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C# .NET, MVC Framework, WPF, Web API, Web Services, .NET Core, Worker Service, Multithreading, Design patterns, XUnit.
• Knowledge of WCF, Windows Service, Web Service.
• UI Frameworks: Angular, Blazor.
• DevOps: Jenkins, Harness (good to have), knowledge of DevOps process.
• Database: SQL, Stored Procedures, complex query design.
• Source Control: SVN, GIT, Bit Bucket.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Optional: AWS (SQS, SNS, Lambda).
• Nice to have: SQL Kata, Harness, Jenkins, Code Build.

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
• Good understanding of Design Patterns and Design Principles.
• Experience with multi-threading.
• Solid development experience in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C# .NET, MVC Framework, WPF, Web API, Web Services, .NET Core, Worker Service, Multithreading, Design patterns, XUnit.
• Strong troubleshooting, programming, analytical and logical skills.
• Strong understanding of SQL, Stored Procedures, Joins, complex queries and troubleshooting.
• Good experience with source control systems: GIT, Bitbucket, etc.
• Understanding of MicroService based architecture is an added advantage.
• Natural communicator who can explain technical concepts in clear, plain English (both written and verbal).
• Can explain the technical architecture of his project, data flow with reasoning: why it was designed, what approach was used and why.
• Will do Code Review and follow Best Coding Practices.
• Willing to work for US clients in overlap timings of 3 hours.
• Attention to detail in work and ability to identify ambiguities in specifications.
• Able to effectively communicate ideas and concepts within the team, across teams, and throughout the organization, even with non-technical audiences.
• Eagerness to work in a cross-functional team to help build end-to-end features.
• Significant backend experience designing, building and maintaining enterprise web applications and APIs.

• Strong proficiency in the .NET framework and related technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and SQL profiling.
• Knowledge of implementing best industry coding practices.
• Experience in working with cross‑functional teams (offshore + onsite) to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Team player capable of providing support in the delivery process.
• Working knowledge of JIRA Agile, Confluence, source control systems like Bit Bucket/Git, unit test automation, and CI/CD.
• Nice to have: AWS, financial domain/payment gateways knowledge, Harness/Jenkins.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
