WNS Holdings in Pune seeks a Senior Director Transition (IC + Team mgmt) to lead end-to-end transition programs for global insurance clients. This 100% WFO role involves managing large FTE projects, cross-functional teams, and senior client stakeholders to ensure seamless processes, people, and technology move into steady-state operations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in transition management, global program leadership, and strong commercial acumen, with PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project or transition management end to end experience.
• Proven delivery of multi-workstream transitions in global operations.
• Strong client-facing leadership with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/CXO).
• Insurance operations transition experience strongly preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience managing global, distributed teams.
• Strong commercial, financial, and contractual management skills.
• Should have strong exp in Transition/Solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex transitions across workstreams (process, people, technology, knowledge transfer, stabilization).
• Create and manage project plans, charters, RAID logs, and transition documentation.
• Coordinate across operations, technology, HR, finance, compliance, and vendor teams.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs are achieved per contractual commitments.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and expedite/mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Manage scope/change control and ensure contract adherence.
• Drive smooth handover from transition to steady-state operations.

Job Description - Senior Director Transition (IC + Team mgmt role) - Pune - 100% WFO

Lead end-to-end transition programs for global insurance clients, inclduing managing large RFP/RFI's 300-500 FTEs projects, ensuring a seamless move of processes, people, and technology into steady-state operations. Own multi-workstream delivery, stakeholder alignment, governance, reporting, and risk management while leading cross-functional teams and partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

15+ years of project or transition management end to end experience.

Proven delivery of multi-workstream transitions in global operations.

Strong client-facing leadership with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/CXO).

Insurance operations transition experience strongly preferred.

Exposure to Insurance transitions is beneficial.

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.

Experience managing global, distributed teams.

Strong commercial, financial, and contractual management skills.
