Axtria - Ingenious Insights seeks a highly accomplished leader to drive strategic AI and Data transformation initiatives across enterprise clients. You will oversee large-scale programs, modernize data platforms, and manage global delivery, client relationships, and business growth.

The role requires 18-20+ years in Data & Analytics/AI with 8+ years in leading enterprise programs, and experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 18-20+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Consulting.
• 8+ years leading enterprise programs and large delivery organizations.
• Proven experience managing portfolios exceeding $10M+ annual revenue.
• Experience leading globally distributed delivery teams of 100+ professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale AI and Data transformation programs ranging from $5M to $50M+ engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multiple customer accounts.
• Drive program governance, planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and value realization.
• Build and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.
• Establish delivery frameworks, best practices, and operating models for AI and Data programs.
• Lead enterprise-scale modernization initiatives: Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, Data Warehouses, Cloud Migrations, Data Governance platforms, real-time analytics.
• Provide architectural oversight for Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Platform, AWS Data Platform, Informatica IDMC, Data Catalog & Governance Solutions.
• Define enterprise data operating models and reference architectures.
• Lead delivery of AI and GenAI solutions from ideation through production deployment.
• Govern AI use cases including Copilot Solutions, Agentic AI, RAG, Knowledge Management, LLM Applications, AI-Powered Analytics, Intelligent Automation.
• Establish AI governance, responsible AI standards, security, compliance, and monitoring.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through AI adoption.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and act as trusted advisor on AI and Data strategy.
• Lead sales support, proposals, estimations, and solution reviews; contribute to AI & Data practice growth.
