We're seeking a Senior Delivery Management Leader focused on AI productivity solutions to steer the successful rollout of high-value AI programs across enterprise client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle for client engagements, spanning strategic planning, execution, governance, and post-launch support
• Confirm that delivery benchmarks, including scope, timeline adherence, quality standards, budget management, and operational KPIs, are consistently achieved across engagements
• Direct portfolios containing multiple projects and substantial cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration among engineering, QA, business analysis, architecture, and DevOps functions
• Take ownership of program governance structures (SteerCo, WSR, MSR), keeping stakeholders at every level informed and aligned on deliverables and risk factors
• Bear full responsibility for the financial performance of the client portfolio, covering revenue recognition, profitability, margin growth, budget projections, and corrective planning
• Pinpoint opportunities to reduce costs and drive down OPEX through automation, better resource allocation, or improved delivery approaches
• Track resource allocation and productivity indicators spanning multiple concurrent projects
• Act as the key point of contact for senior client relationships (Directors, VPs, CXOs), converting business challenges into practical delivery strategies
• Assemble, direct, and mentor sizable distributed teams of 100 to 150+ professionals spread across nearshore, offshore, and onshore locations, building strong teams and supporting talent growth
• Resolve resource conflicts and escalations while safeguarding delivery timelines, proactively spotting, evaluating, and addressing program-level risks
• Prepare contingency plans backed by solid mitigation tactics and escalation processes to maintain service continuity during demanding periods
• Spot opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell within existing accounts, craft strategies to grow organizational presence, and work with sales and pre-sales teams on RFPs, SOWs, and proposals
• Partner with Account Managers to translate successful delivery results into expanded client engagement and pursue new business by highlighting delivery leadership and engineering strength
• Foster continuous innovation across client projects through automation, process refinement, and adoption of emerging technology, spreading best practices throughout delivery teams
• Direct comprehensive AI program delivery, covering Agentic AI and AI productivity solution execution, deployment of AI accelerators, and establishing measurable KPIs to monitor and enhance delivery efficiency via AI on AWS and Azure platforms

Requirements

• Between 15 and 18 years of IT background, including more than 8 years in delivery leadership positions and over 3 years working on AI/ML initiatives
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-level AI programs, covering LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and automation applications
• Thorough understanding of cloud-native AI services available on AWS or Azure
• Strong background managing large-scale enterprise programs across sectors such as BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, or Life Sciences
• Proven capability influencing and managing senior client stakeholders (Directors, VPs, CXOs) while establishing trust-based relationships
• Practical leadership style suited to resolving escalations, managing internal team conflicts, and navigating program obstacles effectively
• Working knowledge of modern engineering tools and delivery approaches, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices and DevOps practices, analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery), and automation frameworks such as RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism)
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and SLA-based managed services delivery
• Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) as well as traditional Waterfall delivery approaches
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills suited to managing high-pressure scenarios and improving delivery outcomes
• Capability to operate effectively amid uncertainty and deliver results despite demanding timelines
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities that support collaboration with teams and clients alike
