Job summary

Aligned Automation Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate Director – Data Services with 15–18 years of experience to lead enterprise Data Management, Data Modernization, GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives. The role blends strategic consulting, solution architecture and delivery leadership to build scalable, AI-ready data ecosystems.

You will engage CIOs/CDOs/CTOs, drive transformation, and mentor senior architects while delivering measurable business value for Fortune 500 clientele.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of experience in Data & Analytics / Data Management / Digital Transformation.
• Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Quality and Cloud Data Platforms.
• Proven experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure/AWS/GCP, Teradata or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, Vector DBs, Knowledge Graphs, Ontologies and Agentic AI.
• Experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, APIs, ETL/ELT and modern data engineering practices.
• Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large Data & AI programs and teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Data & AI strategy, roadmap and transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Lead initiatives across Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Metadata, Lineage, Data Security and Data Observability.
• Drive cloud data modernization, lakehouse, data platform and data product initiatives.
• Lead GenAI and Agentic AI use cases across data engineering, data quality, metadata, data discovery, pipeline automation and analytics.
• Architect AI-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, Ontologies, Semantic Layers and AI Agents.
• Define and implement AI-Native Data Product Factory and Data Product lifecycle frameworks.
• Engage with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs and business leaders to identify opportunities, shape solutions and drive transformation.
• Lead large, distributed teams and ensure delivery quality, governance, financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Support pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, account growth and development of Data & AI offerings/accelerators.
• Mentor senior architects and build organizational capabilities in Data, GenAI and Agentic AI.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Data Servicesto lead enterprise Data Management, Data Modernization, GenAI and Agentic AIinitiatives. The role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, client engagement and delivery leadership to build scalable, AI-ready data ecosystems and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Relevant Cloud, Data, AI or Architecture certifications.
