Ensono is expanding its Public Cloud Consulting practice in India. We seek a Senior Azure Cloud Consultant to design and deliver secure, scalable cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure, guiding strategy through implementation and optimization across migration, modernization, and AI adoption.

You will lead engagements, architect landing zones, and champion automation, DevSecOps, and cost governance while mentoring delivery teams and contributing to thought leadership.

Job Summary

Ensono’s Public Cloud Consulting practice is expanding to support enterprise‑scale cloud transformation, modernization, and AI‑driven initiatives. We are seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Consultant to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, cost‑efficient, and automated cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure.

You will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader, driving end‑to‑end engagements—from strategy and architecture through implementation and optimization—across migration, modernization, platform engineering, and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements across the full consulting lifecycle: discovery, architecture, design, implementation, and optimization
• Drive Azure modernization strategies (rehost → refactor → rearchitect → rebuild)
• Architect and implement enterprise landing zones aligned with Azure CAF & Well‑Architected Framework
• Deliver platform engineering solutions (self‑service platforms, golden paths, reusable modules)
• Run architecture/design workshops and produce high‑quality HLD/LLD documentation
• Provide technical leadership and escalation support across delivery teams
• Embed security, compliance, and governance (DevSecOps) into all solutions
• Champion automation‑first approach using IaC and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development, accelerators, and standards
• Support pre‑sales, solutioning, and client advisory engagements

Experience Requirements

• 12+ years in IT with 8+ years in Azure cloud consulting/delivery
• Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed university; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience delivering:
• Large‑scale Azure migrations and modernization
• Enterprise cloud platforms (Landing Zones)
• DevOps and automation solutions
• Hands‑on experience in design, build, and troubleshooting
• Experience working in global delivery models and enterprise environments

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications (Expert level – Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with multi‑cloud (AWS/GCP)
