Job summary

Crisil is seeking a DevOps Engineer who designs new solutions and adapts applications for varied environments after each build, supporting front-office and risk platforms for real-time pricing and risk analysis. You will drive CI/CD, automate releases, create cross-platform scripts, and manage Linux (RHEL) and Windows servers, with Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible expertise.

Collaboration with DBAs, network teams and developers is essential to ensure service continuity and secure deployment

Qualifications

• Proficient in setting up DevOps processes and automation of releases.
• Advanced scripting experience (SQL, BASH, KSH).

Responsibilities

• L1 and L2 support of Front-office and Risk Management platforms.
• Create scripts to install, configure and manage development software.
• Develop scripts for Unix and Windows environments as required for the project.
• Server administration with Linux (RHEL) and Windows.
• Drive CI/CD and release automation.
• Install software on dedicated servers for test, acceptance and production.

Job description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate, focused and able to design new solutions and adapts existing software applications to deliver in different setting after each build. You will be working with one of our client - top tier investment bank and help them in managing there Pricing Architecture platform consisting of 6 service-oriented components that will enable the real-time and portfolio calculation of financial risk metrics and simulations which are driven by ECB regulations as well as advanced Risk analysis on the derivative product portfolio of Financial Market (interest rates, credits, foreign exchange).

As a DevOps Engineer (or Operation Engineer), you will be responsible for:

• L1 and L2 support of Front-office platform and Risk Management platform
• Creating scripts that installs, configures and manages software application used in the development process
• Creating scripts on both Unix and Windows systems as required for the project
• Server administration with Linux operating systems ( RHEL) and Windows
• Development in accordance with the load (response time) set
• Driving solutions for continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Installing software on dedicated servers designed for each stage of the development process and prepare their deliver in the test environment, acceptance and production
• Use of dedicated software applications designed for checking the source code teams of vulnerability
• Monitoring both development and production systems
• Creating and maintain new processes in the delivery model
• Collaborating with other team members or beneficiaries – database administrators, application administrators, network administrators, developers, architect, IT systems, development specialists etc.
• Understanding the change implications of changing service continuity plan.
• Must have understanding of CI/CD.
• Candidate should be proficient in setting up DevOps processes and Automation of Releases.

• IaaS experience using Ansible.
