Job summary

AU Small Finance Bank is seeking a DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for banking applications.

You will drive automation, IaC, monitoring, and security controls while ensuring high availability, compliance, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across development, QA, security, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of DevOps experience in a banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes CKAs/CKADs, Terraform) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and release management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to support and enhance enterprise applications within a banking environment. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, monitoring solutions, and deployment processes while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and release management.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Manage and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure application availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, security controls, and compliance requirements aligned with banking standards.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity initiatives.
• Support application deployments across Development, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
