Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to drive CI/CD, automation, and platform engineering across IB&M. You will build and operate robust pipelines, IaC, and release frameworks for multiple critical applications in a large enterprise setting.

You will lead automation initiatives, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including Kubernetes, and collaborate with Release, Application, Cloud, Security, Database, and Platform teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps/Platform Engineering in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on with GitLab Enterprise, pipelines, runners & repos.
• Deep CI/CD design, release engineering & deployment automation.
• Experience with AWS/Azure services.
• Strong containerization with Docker & Podman.
• Kubernetes and Helm for deployment.
• IaC and automation frameworks implementation.
• Automation scripting with Python/Groovy/Bash; Ansible.
• Database knowledge: Oracle & PostgreSQL; Linux/Unix.
• Security & compliance scans integrated into CI/CD.
• Documentation with Confluence; Jira familiarity.
• ITIL understanding.
• Excellent communication; production handling awareness.
• Familiar with Copilot or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Developer to drive CI/CD, automation, and platform engineering initiatives across the Investment Banking & Markets (IB&M) domain in a large enterprise services environment. The role focuses on building and operating robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure and application automation with cloud services, standardized release and deployment frameworks for multiple critical applications and exploring AI-assisted automation for operational intelligence. You need to have strong experience working across a complex application landscape, with a primary focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), release engineering, deployment automation, and operational utilities, while collaborating closely with Release Teams, Application Teams, and Service Teams.
